The lack of collaboration and communication among nonprofit organizations poses a significant barrier restricting soldiers' access to essential support. This deficiency results in delayed responses, fragmented resource allocation, and missed opportunities. Growing Wings functions as a fiscal umbrella, aiming to foster cooperative synergy among Lone Soldier communities and the nonprofits supporting them. Our streamlined approach seeks to establish a marketplace of solutions for Lone Soldier, by Lone Soldiers. Ultimately, we are able to enhance accessibility while also scaling the impact of participating nonprofits. Through this innovative strategy, we endeavor to improve both the availability of support and the overall effectiveness of nonprofit organizations.
